Customer Service


This seven-hour workshop introduces participants to basic customer service
principles including: courtesy, listening for understanding, building and maintaining positive working relationships, reading social cues, expressing empathy while maintaining your business’s position, telephone and face-to-face techniques, checking perceptions, re-framing, diffusing conflict, and teamwork.
Workshop methods consist of a combination of short topical lectures, full group discussion, and “trying it out” in the form of role plays.

Grade Range: 9 - Adult
